Guerrillaz Design project for Go-Tan
This week I had a meeting with Guerrillaz marketing, they worked for a large company which sells Chili sauce and prawn crackers (dutch: kroepoek). During this meeting it became clear what our task would be, together with Jesse Meijers and Liza Blummel, I have to design a chili sauce dispenser which can be used on festivals and racing events across the country. The idea behind this is that Hot chili chicks (the promotion ladies) give away free chili sauce at these events and through the design of the chili sauce dispenser we have to communicate the values of the company, also it has to be fully functional and produced within 1 month, which is quite a challenge.

Opdracht:
Design een chili
dispenser die door promotiedames gedragen kan worden en de doelgroep op
festivals kan voorzien van chilisaus bij hun snacks.
Termijn waarin
het product af moet zijn is ongeveer 1 maand, na deze maand wordt er een
werkend prototype verwacht van het product. Met een kostenplaatje van de
productie kosten.
Aantal uur werk
wat verwacht wordt is nog niet bekend, wat resulteert in een onbekende
verwachting van de kwaliteit van het prototype, ook het budget is onbekend op
dit moment.
Company profile:
Wij, Go-Tan, zijn
een professioneel georganiseerd maar klein familiebedrijf dat met liefde en
toewijding wordt geleid door de zoons van oprichter Frans Go. De familie Go
kwam in de vroege jaren vijftig naar Nederland vanuit de stad Bandung, op het
Indonesische eiland Java. Behalve deze Indisch-Indonesische herkomst, heeft de
familie ook een Chinese oorsprong. De combinatie van eetculturen, maakt deze
familie tot het levende motto: A very foodloving family.
